Our PUR sticks made of first-class polyurethane foam stand for quality, certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 to meet environmentally conscious and health-oriented requirements. The Viscotec range consists of a palette of color variants from classic pure white to natural yellow and a mix of yellow and white to soft pastel shades that meet a wide variety of applications.

The Viscotec PUR sticks not only offer excellent resilience, but are also known for their ease of care. The foam filling is machine washable up to temperatures of 95° C and tumble-dryable up to 110° C, which allows for uncomplicated and hygienic cleaning. Their high bulking power, available in various densities from 18 kg/m³ to 38 kg/m³, ensures filling volume and softness that meets even the most demanding comfort standards. The standard length of the individual PUR sticks is approx. 3 cm and can be individually adjusted according to customer requirements. The low compression hardness of our foam sticks contributes to an impressive filling power, resulting in an even and dimensionally stable filling experience for all upholstery applications.
